Brownies and Guides are pleased to be part of the Overslade community and would like to welcome new members to our group. Our aim is to have some fun, laughter, learn new things, gain experience and make new friends. We meet regularly, term time only at the Overslade Community Centre, Buchanan Road, on Monday evenings between 5.30 and 7pm.  Some places are available if you would like to join us. Come along and see for yourself what we do. We have fun! Our meetings are full of challenges, games and activities, usually ones that the girl’s have suggested themselves.  There are often opportunities for Brownies and Guides to take part in special activities and events throughout the year. For example we are planning a local, weekend away for Brownies and Guides to gain experience not only what it is like being away from home but to also join in as a team member and be responsible for an important role. Staff are all voluntary and CRB checked.
