Welcome to Overslade Residents Association website.

This Website has been built by Overslade Residents Association as a place for all local community organisations to post information about their activities.

If you have news or run an activity for Overslade then please contact Michelle Bridges, Communications Volunteer via the contact link and your news will be put onto the website also our community notice-boards and our newsletter Overslade Times which is produced every March, July and November.

Overslade is in the market town of Rugby in Warwickshire.

• Overslade estate is located between Bilton Road, Deepmore Road, Overslade Lane, Dunchurch Road, Sow Brook / Burnside. It is a post-war housing estate with a mix of Council and privately owned properties and limited local facilities. Overslade Residents Association covers the estate itself.

• Overslade electoral ward covers the estate and the area between Overslade Lane, Dunchurch Road and Bawnmore Road. Overslade Community Association (see Groups) covers Overslade ward and surrounding area.

The building has a single main hall that can house around 60 people comfortably.

There is a well laid out kitchen, a store with tables and other equipment, toilets, including a disabled toilet, and good access. Parking is available for around a dozen cars plus local on-street parking. It may be hired by the hour or on a regular basis.

Centre Hire Charges & Conditions:

• Hire agreement form to be completed
• One off bookings (e.g. birthday parties) - £8 per hour (minimum of 4 hours.
• Multiple bookings (e.g. courses) - £8 per hour (minimum of 2 hours.
• Affiliated weekly groups - £11 per session (a session being morning, afternoon or evening)
• Booking time to include setting up & clearing away.
